Minibus Services Across Switzerland

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote or book group transport through Reliable minibus services throughout Switzerland for small and medium-sized groups, including airport transfers, tours, corporate travel, events and private transportation., operated by Reliable minibus services throughout Switzerland for small and medium-sized groups, including airport transfers, tours, corporate travel, events and private transportation..

What we do

Reliable minibus services throughout Switzerland for small and medium-sized groups, including airport transfers, tours, corporate travel, events and private transportation. is a booking service and acts as an intermediary between you and a partner operator. We take your trip details, ask licensed, insured transport operators to price the trip, and arrange the booking with the operator you accept. Each operator holds the admission Swiss law requires for commercial road passenger transport (or, for cross-border work, the equivalent authorisation). We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The operator provides the vehicle and driver and carries out the trip. We are not a tour operator and do not sell package travel within the meaning of the Federal Act on Package Travel.

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as described in your request. It names the operator and states what is included, how long the quote is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking, road charges, car-carrying train or boat fares and any site charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing after you accept the quote. We confirm every booking by email. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes, cancellations and withdrawal

Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.

Swiss law gives no general right to withdraw from a contract made online. The right of withdrawal in Art. 40a ff. of the Code of Obligations (CO) covers offers made at your home or workplace, in public places, at promotional trips or by telephone, and does not apply where you asked for the negotiations yourself (Art. 40c CO). The cancellation terms on your quote apply.

Your part

Give accurate addresses, times, flight, train or boat details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats, skis and bulky luggage. Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts where fitted. Drivers must keep to the Swiss rules on driving and rest times, which can shape long days and multi-day trips.

Responsibility for the trip

The operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging your booking with due care. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory Swiss law.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email minibusservicesswitzerland@pm.me first, so we can put it right. You can also go to the courts.

Changes to these terms, applicable law and courts

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking. These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at our registered office have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, you may also sue at your own domicile, and we can sue you only there (Art. 32 of the Civil Procedure Code, CPC).
