Landing as a Group: Four Airports, One Driver Waiting
Zurich, Geneva, Basel and Bern each have their own page. Every airport handles vehicles differently, and knowing where yours will stop spares the group a long walk with the luggage.
Four airports, four ways of meeting
At Zurich, buses use stand R at the airport bus station rather than the terminal doors. At Geneva every professional pickup happens at P6 on the Arrivals level, so follow the coach station signs. EuroAirport stands on French soil: groups heading into Switzerland leave by the Swiss exit, where the vehicle waits. Bern is small, with mostly seasonal flights, and you simply walk out to the vehicle in front of the terminal.

- Zürich Airport is about 68 km by road from the Luzern Bahnhofquai and about 92 km from the Rhine cruise landing stages in Basel; Genève Aéroport is about 5 km from the Geneva lake piers
What to send with the request
The flight number and landing time, the number of people and bags, and anything bulky such as skis, golf bags or a wheelchair. No Swiss airport publishes a meeting point for groups, so the operator agrees one with you before you fly.

What if the flight is late?
With the flight number, the operator can follow your arrival. At Zurich the vehicle waits in a separate waiting area and comes forward when everyone has their bags.
Is EuroAirport really in France?
Yes. It has a French and a Swiss sector under one roof, and no vehicle can drive between them on the airport site, which is why the Swiss exit matters.
Which airport suits a ski week?
Geneva for Verbier, Gstaad and the Valais; Täsch, for Zermatt, is about three and a half hours by coach. Zurich for Graubünden and the Jungfrau region.
