Privacy Policy

What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight, train or boat details, passenger numbers, accessibility needs you choose to tell us, and your account login if you create one. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who share only the payment outcome with us.

Technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected in server logs and, if you allow it, through cookies as set out in our cookie policy.

Why we use it

To quote and arrange your trip and to communicate about it. To keep accounting and tax records as the law requires. To keep the site secure and working. For analytics and advertising only if you allow it in the cookie settings. Health information, such as accessibility needs, is sensitive personal data: we use it only to arrange a suitable vehicle, and only with your express consent (Art. 6 para. 7 FADP).

Who receives it, and where

The transport operators who quote or carry out your trip. Payment, email and hosting providers who process data on our behalf. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Our providers may process data in countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area and in the United States. Data goes abroad only where the Federal Council has found the protection adequate or where suitable safeguards are in place, such as standard data protection clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (Art. 16 FADP).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service. Records we must keep under Swiss commercial and tax law are kept for the statutory periods, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask whether we process data about you and receive it (Art. 25 FADP), have incorrect data corrected and data deleted (Art. 32 FADP), object to processing (Art. 30 FADP), and receive the data you gave us in a common electronic format or have it passed to another controller (Art. 28 FADP). You can withdraw a consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these, email minibusservicesswitzerland@pm.me.

If you think we process your data unlawfully, you can report it to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), who can open an investigation (Art. 49 FADP).

Visitors in the European Union

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation also applies to our offer to people in the EU (Art. 3(2) GDPR), you have the rights it gives as well, including the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
